The site is currently being transformed into an impactful lifestyle center development comprising residential, retail, commercial, and open space.

Accurate has been designated the redeveloper of the former Riverfront Stadium in Newark, NJ where it will create a thriving hub for residential, retail, small business space and public green space. Formerly home to the Newark Bears, an Independent minor league baseball team, the dilapidated 8-acre site will now give rise to a multi-phase development comprising approximately 4,200 residential units, up to 3,000 parking spaces, at least 100,000 square feet hospitality/destination retail open to the public, office/co-working space for small business, entrepreneurs, and freelancers; and publicly accessible green space.
