Sitework is underway for this new collection of 325 luxury rental residences, with construction to commence in fall 2021. The approved development calls for two four-story buildings of 162 and 163 units respectively. Residences will be construction on top of a ground level parking garage, and the property will feature an open courtyard with a pool area and multiple amenity areas for passive recreation. One of the highlights of the property will be its location in well-connected Parsippany, at the nexus of Route 80, Route 287, Route 202 and Route 46, about one mile from the Mountain Lakes train station. Parsippany’s Whole Foods grocer is just a few minutes’ drive away. The property is also a short drive from a number of parks, lakes, golf courses and major employment centers.
